Requirements
This is a hybrid role that blends customer-facing ownership, technical advisory, product management, and project delivery responsibility, where you will play a key role in helping organisations to unlock value from a market-leading SaaS platform.
The Solutions Engineer will be someone who enjoys combining customer engagement with technical problem-solving. You are comfortable operating as both an advisor and a delivery lead, and you enjoy working in environments where technology, Data, AI, and Cyber Security intersect.
The Solutions Engineer will have a customer-centric mindset with the ability to work as an advisor during customer on-boarding and implementation projects, through to long-term adoption and driving ongoing customer success.
As Solutions Engineer you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise B2B customers, leading on-boarding and implementation projects, managing delivery milestones, and helping them translate complex data challenges into practical data solutions.
You will have strong experience in customer success, product management, leading projects, helping to steer technical teams and providing guidance on data science / analytics workflows and subject matter. You will work closely with internal teams across product, engineering, and sales, ensuring customer success requirements are clearly understood and reflected in both implementation and product evolution.
Alongside this, you will be able to provide technical guidance on workflows, adoption, and use case development, helping customers confidently adopt and scale the platform.
To summarise, the Solutions Engineer will have the following skills and competencies:
Ability to take ownership of customer on-boarding and implementation projects, ensuring smooth delivery and measurable outcomes
Experience working as a trusted advisor, helping customers to realise value from Data, AI, and / or Cyber Security solutions
Experience managing projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deep understanding of customer success strategies and best-practice
Experience translating customer feedback into technical insights for product development and roadmap prioritisation
Experiencing supporting customers and monitoring customer satisfaction, to help identify opportunities for wider customer adoption
A strong interest in Data Science, Analytics, Cyber and / or AI, with knowledge of systems built using Python and related libraries such as Pandas or Scikit
The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and pragmatically
Fluency in Dutch and English
