Senior Project Manager - Bristol
A Senior Project Manager is required for a 12 month contract with our market leading based in Bristol.
You will play a key role in the delivery of a major business and digital transformation program focusing on IT Systems change and application intergration. Knowledge of API and data related elements within in an enterprise level IT service programme would make you an excellent fit.

Requirements
As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the business and IT system change work streams and other activities across the core business application architecture including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, management and support.
The Senior Project Manager also be responsible for delivering changes across the application portfolio, following application life cycle strategies, enhancements, replacements, consolidation and retirement of applications and APIs, as well as ensuring consistency and data integration / data connectivity within the application portfolio.
The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of external 3rd party vendors, key stakeholder relationships, and various Project Managers so unrivalled communication skills are essential.
It is highly desirable that the Senior Project Manager has a proven track-record in project management with a focus on business application portfolios, APIs and data integration / connectivity .
To summarise, the Senior Project Manager will possess the following skills and experience:
Proven track record working as a Project Manager in enterprise environments
Good track-record delivering business and digital transformation across enterprise IT System portfolios and data platform programmes
Proven track-record in project management with a focus on IT Systems changes, integration / connectivity
Knowledge of application and infrastructure life cycle strategies, enhancements, replacements, consolidation and retirement of applications and systems
Expert in managing 3rd party vendors and key stakeholder relationships
Extensive experience setting-up and managing project teams, budget, scope, risks, governance, and documentation (inc. RAID logs).
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall
