Requirements

The Applicatiebeheerder will ensure applications function optimally, to help colleagues carry out their daily work efficiently and effectively. With your balance of functional and technical skills, you will play an important role in helping the organisation’s systems and applications move to the next level.


As a Applicatiebeheerder you will not shy away from a challenge, and have an eye for systems improvements and troubleshooting. You will also identify opportunities for system improvements, identifying possible new applications that fit perfectly with the organisation and processes.


It is important that the Applicatiebeheerder enjoys working with a variety of systems and applications, with a proven ability to pick-up complex and highly innovative technology, information, and material, quickly. The current business systems include a wide range of tools and technologies across a ERP, CRM, SQL, Powershell and other bespoke business applications.


In summary, the Applicatiebeheerder will have the following skills and responsibilities:

  • Excellent balance of functional and technical skills and proven history working in application management

  • Knowledge of optimising applications reliability, security, and performance

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues with applications / software

  • Desire to gain exposure to new applications and bespoke business systems, with the ability to quickly pick-up new information and material

  • Experience managing support and change requests via ticketing systems

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Positive and solution-oriented attitude

  • Experience upgrading existing systems or installing new ones

  • Experience creating and monitoring protocols and procedures for the use of software and applications

  • Experience supporting and training employees in the use of software applications

  • A completed MBO -4 or HBO education in the direction of IT or a similar study
